OS and Package Support Officer

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking a skilled OS and Package Support Officer to join our team. As an OS and Package Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for operating systems and software packages for our clients. You will work closely with the IT team and clients to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues related to the operating systems and software packages.

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software packages.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to operating systems and software packages.
• Work with the IT team to implement upgrades and patches for operating systems and software packages.
• Provide technical support to end-users on operating system and software package related issues.
• Assist in the development and documentation of procedures for operating systems and software package support.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in operating systems and software packages.
