Minimum of 7 years of experience working with Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM modules.
Proven track record in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM applications.
Experience with full-cycle implementation projects, including requirements analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Oracle certification in EBS and/or Fusion HCM is highly desirable.
Implementation and Configuration:
Lead the implementation of Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Self-Service.
Configure and customize Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM applications to meet client-specific requirements.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure system integrity and performance.
Functional Expertise:
Provide in-depth functional expertise in Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM modules.
Conduct requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand and document their needs.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
Support and Maintenance:
Provide ongoing support for Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
