Job Description: Oracle EPM Consultant
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and 4 years experienced Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EPM Cloud and a deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes. This role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EPM solutions to help our clients achieve their performance management goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Implementation and Configuration:
oLead the implementation and configuration of Oracle EPM Cloud modules, including Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS), Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), and Enterprise Performance Reporting Cloud Service (EPRCS).
oCustomize and configure Oracle EPM solutions to meet business requirements.
oDevelop and document detailed functional specifications and technical requirements.



2.System Integration and Testing:
oIntegrate Oracle EPM solutions with other enterprise systems, including ERP and CRM systems.
oPerform system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
oTroubleshoot and resolve issues during the testing phase.



3.Training and Support:
oProvide training to end-users and support teams on Oracle EPM functionalities.
oOffer ongoing support and maintenance of Oracle EPM solutions.
oAssist in the development of user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures.



4.Business Process Improvement:
oAnalyze and document existing performance management processes and workflows.
oIdentify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to optimize financial planning, budgeting, and reporting operations.
oCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.



5.Project Management:
oManage Oracle EPM implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project plans.
oCoordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure successful project execution.
oProvide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Proven experience with Oracle EPM Cloud implementation and support.
•Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
•Proficiency in Oracle EPM Cloud modules, including PBCS, EPBCS, FCCS, and EPRCS.
•Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Project management experience is a plus.
•Oracle EPM Cloud certification is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
•In-depth knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud and its functionalities.
•Experience with system integration and data migration.
•Strong technical skills, including SQL, Essbase, and Oracle databases.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
•Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
•Experience with cloud-based performance management solutions is an advantage.
