Job Purpose
The Purpose of this job is to supervise the Manufacturing / Packaging Operations of Tablet Value Stream so the products are delivered and supplied on time to the patients at the end of supply chain.
Education, Experience & Skills
Pharm- D / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years of prior experience
QMS / EHS related knowledge
Key Responsibilities
Ensure Safety of the area with Zero Waste Promotions and SIF avoidance ZAP reporting (3Z).
Ensure strong compliance in Quality, EHS, Legal and other critical parts of the business related to the area of responsibilities.
Ensure data integrity compliance and improve DI controls (ALCOA + principles) in Tablet Value Stream.
To supervise manufacturing / packing operations of Tablet Value Stream, to achieve the production plan on time.
Maximum utilization of resources for delivery of quality products and to improve KPIs.
Effectively implement GPS in manufacturing / packing operations of Tablet Value Stream & Update respective production visual boards.
To Ensure SAP data posting/transaction for manufacturing / packing operations in Tablet Value Stream.
Ensure to give maximum time on Production floor.
Make sure 100% SOPs are In-place In-use in Tablet Value Stream.
Identify, develop and implement improvement/Operational Excellence (OE) projects to generate cost savings (Strategy Deployment).
