Officer Cloud & Enterprise Data Network (EDN) Services

Inbox Business Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic Officer for Cloud & Enterprise Data Network (EDN) Services to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of our cloud and enterprise network services. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional service delivery and ensure that our data and networks are secure, reliable, and scalable.

• Support and Liaise:
• Assisting Manager / Technical leads in providing Enterprise-wide Data Network Connectivity within and among different regions to provide various data services in a managed and secure fashion.
• Assisting Manager / Technical leads in assuring high availability of Core and Edge Network devices and maintaining 99% network uptime.
• Coordinating with vendors and partners for deployment, support, and provision of Network services.
•   Providing technical support to internal and external users related to troubleshooting ongoing issues.
• Execute and implement:
• Administration and maintenance of all Network equipment such as Routers, Switches, Firewalls, IPsec/SSL VPN solutions, Wireless LAN solutions, Access Points, NMS, Application appliances, etc. deployed in PTML sites like Data Centers, Zonal Offices, MSCs, Service Centers and Joint Shops.
• Configuration, Administration, and maintenance of all Network equipment such as Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Access Points, Application appliances, etc.
• Configure and deploy IP Telephony (VoIP) devices.
• Assisting Manager / Technical Leads in the execution of Data Network rollouts nationwide.
• Providing Tier-2 support on Enterprise Data Network related issues as part of the Incident Management process.
• Monitoring of various Network Management Systems (NMS) for health checks, troubleshooting, design analysis, maintenance, and reporting of nationwide Network equipment.
• IP address management and reconciliation.
• Assisting Manager / Technical Leads in executing BCP/DR drills.
• Performing Software upgrades and patch management of deployed EDN equipment.
• Supporting Security team in conducting periodic vulnerability and security risk assessment of Wired & Wireless LAN elements.
• Coordinating with IT Buildouts and Network Physical Infrastructure vendors for cabling, data center expansion, physical layer issues etc.
• Complying with daily check list to monitor Network Infrastructure portals.
• Performing Configuration backups of deployed Network equipment nationwide
• To comply with company policies and SOPs including all relevant security and audit policies.
• Assisting technical leads in preparing EDN related documentation, house-keeping tasks such as inventory management, Network Topology Diagrams, process documentation, work instructions, KPI and quality management documents.
