Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of work experience in Information Technology, preferably in the banking industry, with knowledge of banking ATM applications, delivery channels, and processes.
Strong understanding of ISO 8583 and NDC protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage ATM controllers.
Oversee ATM security software, including security patches and software upgrades.
Coordinate with various ATM vendors.
Gather and prepare business requirements.
Perform acceptance testing.
Plan and document requirements.
Act as a bridge between IT, business, and vendors.
Manage ATM monitoring tools.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in SQL Server and Oracle.
Strong troubleshooting skills using system logs.
In-depth knowledge of ADC platforms, such as ATMs and POS systems.
Expertise in payment protocols, including ISO 8583, and integration with payment gateways.
Experience working with middleware tools.
Hands-on experience with database management (SQL, Oracle, etc.) and scripting languages.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts and system development processes.
