Officer - ADC Application Support

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from an HEC-recognized university

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Information Technology, preferably in the banking industry
• Knowledge of banking applications, delivery channels, and processes
• Hands-on experience in systems development across multiple projects and banking systems implementations

Responsibilities:

• Gather technical and business requirements
• Holistically plan and complete the analysis phase
• Consider solutions from all organizational perspectives
• Create Functional Specification Documents based on business requirements
• Act as a bridge between internal (IT, Business, Operations, etc.) and external stakeholders
• Provide technical solutions for business requirements/issues
• Understand system integration with the latest technologies
• Design workflows and architecture diagrams

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in SQL Server, Oracle, and MongoDB (MongoDB is a plus)
• Knowledge of Web APIs, ISO 8583, and ISO 20022
• Self-motivated, innovative, analytical thinker with problem-solving skills
• Ability to take initiative, ownership, and make decisions
• Understanding of business processes, problem identification, transformation, improvement, and change enablement
• Familiarity with IT architecture, core banking, middleware, and delivery channels
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts and system development processes
