We are looking for a Office Manager.
Job Role and Duties:
Assistance in administrative tasks of the CEO office.
Attending meetings, taking follow-ups from the concern department.
Maintaining calendar and consistently following up with stakeholders on assigned tasks.
Coordination with vendors and other outside counter parties.
Handle and prioritize all outgoing and incoming correspondence email, letters, packages etc.
Maintain executive agenda and assist. in planning appointment and board of meetings etc.
