Job Description:

• Develop and maintain highly responsive, scalable, and efficient web applications using Next.js, React. js
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to implement UI/UX designs that align with their healthcare platform requirements.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, optimizing components for maximum speed across all devices.
• Integrate APIs and data from backend systems to create dynamic and real-time features.
• Maintain a clean and reusable codebase following best coding practices and documentation.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and fix frontend performance bottlenecks and bugs.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in frontend technologies and Next.js best practices, and integrate them into development workflows.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews.
• Work on the development of multi-tenant architecture to ensure each tenant can access the platforms features uniquely.

AI Integration:

o Collaborate on integrating AI solutions where applicable, contributing to the development of intelligent features and enhancements.

o Stay informed about AI advancements and propose ways to incorporate AI technologies into the backend infrastructure.

Cloud Services:

o Work with AWS cloud services to deploy and manage backend services, ensuring the infrastructure is secure, scalable, and cost-effective.

o Assist in the optimization of cloud resources for multi-tenant environments.

DevOps & CI/CD:

o Work on continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Git for version control.

o Assist in automating deployment processes and maintaining deployment scripts within the Git ecosystem.

Documentation:

o Maintain clear and detailed documentation of backend services, APIs, and database schemas, with a focus on multi-tenant architecture.

o Write technical documentation for new features and updates to existing systems.

Research & Continuous Improvement:

o Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Next.js, AI, and backend development.

o Experiment with new technologies and frameworks that could improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the development process.

o Propose and implement improvements to existing systems and processes.

Collaboration:

o Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs in a multi-tenant context.

o Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

o Assist in mentoring junior developers and conducting knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.
