National IP Administrative and Financial Compliance Officer

Context

Under the overall supervision of the Head of Resources Management in Pakistan and direct supervision of Resources Management Officer – Budgeting and Financial Compliance, the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that Implementing Partners (IPs) institute internal controls and financial, human resources and procurement policies and procedures for a sound, reliable and accountable financial resources management system.
