HRSI is recruiting "Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer" for one of their reputed client, a worlds leading non-profit social marketing organization. Our client has been working in Pakistan for over 25 years implementing social marketing, social franchising and behavior change communication programs in family planning and reproductive health.
Position: Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer
Location: Clifton, Karachi
Education: Minimum Bachelors degree in Public Health, Statistics, or a related field
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of healthcare initiatives; development sector experience is a plus.
This job may require frequent travel of up to 50%
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing an M&E framework tailored to the DISC programs objectives.
Conduct regular field visits to intervention districts to monitor the implementation and quality of DISC activities, including their empathy-based trainings and supportive supervision visits.
Provide oversight and support to implementing partners in monitoring their contributions to the project.
Ensure accurate and timely data collection using tools such as family planning registers, DHIS, and LMIS.
Analyze data on DMPA-SC uptake, user trends, and service delivery quality.
Identify gaps in data and propose solutions to improve data accuracy and completeness.
Facilitate the training of stakeholders, including government and implementing partner staff, on M&E tools, data analysis, and reporting systems.
Support the integration of DMPA-SC indicators into the national Health Management Information System (HMIS).
Prepare detailed and timely reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes for PSI
management and donors.
Document lessons learned and best practices to guide future project improvements and scale-ups.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement evaluation methodologies.
