Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all medical services and clinical operations at the hospital.
• Ensure high standards of medical care and patient safety.
• Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Collaborate with department heads to improve clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Lead and mentor medical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage medical budgets and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Represent the hospital in medical and professional forums.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree MBBS from an accredited institution.
• Valid medical license to practice in Pakistan.
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare management and clinical best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
• A supportive and collaborative work environment.

Location: Islamabad (ONSITE)
Timings: Monday to Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
