Job Description

Responsibilities:  


  • Building traditional marketing & digital campaigns to inform, engage, and inspire the target audience to achieve particular objectives  


  • Driving traffic and producing a priceless customer experience with digital marketing techniques.  


  • Managing any digital and traditional marketing platform with a number of marketing tools.  


  • Making sure conversion points are optimized and creating efficient user funnels.  


  • Incorporating the organization's SEO strategy into all web-based marketing campaigns and teaching others to do the same.  


  • Working together with the marketing team to design and implement marketing strategies.  


  • When necessary, collaborating with other creative teams inside or outside the firm to support marketing efforts.  


  • Ensuring that all internal and external communications for digital and traditional marketing are efficiently distributed.  


  • Utilizing the data to optimize performance while identifying and reviewing trends and insights from the analysis of digital indicators.  


  • Measuring metrics like ROI and key performance indicators to report on the effectiveness of digital and other marketing activities and provide useful insights  


  • Ensuring that the team as a whole abides by all applicable marketing and copyright laws, Sika brand guidelines as well as acknowledged professional standards.  


  • Customer and Marketing Surveys. 


  • Coordinating, overseeing, and carrying out a variety of responsibilities, such as choosing materials, offering more thorough consultations, speaking with architects or contractors, and being there throughout installation.  


  • Influence Buying decisions  


  • Dealing with customers demands and expectations via negotiation.  


  • Provide a range of Information, technical reports, information on regulations, details of tests and certifications, installation guidelines, pricing and availability.  


  • Invest time in creating and maintaining strong customer connections in addition to creating and chasing new leads.  


  • Writing and maintaining accurate records and documentation. These might comprise sales and target records, client and project data, quotes, and growth opportunities.  


  • Attendance at sales and planning meetings, presentations, seminars, site meetings, and industry exhibitions.  


  • Customer Complaint Handling. 


Knowledge, Skills and Ability:  


  • Outstanding knowledge of all digital marketing channels and social platforms.  


  • Excellent understanding of the importance of trending topics, user experience and user habits.  


  • Proven success with SEO, social media, and email marketing strategies.  


  • Excellent data and metric analysis abilities.  


  • Good time management and organizational skills with the ability to delegate and prioritize work across multiple projects.  


  • Experience collaborating with others on digital marketing campaigns.  


  • Proven ability to establish targets and manage budgets.  


  • With the agreement of senior management, the creative creation of marketing-related initiatives such commercials, websites, promotional materials, and digital marketing.  


  • Modify marketing plans and initiatives as needed in response to data gathered and other feedback.  


  • Possessing proficiency with a variety of software programs, such as Office 365 (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Hootsuite, Google Business Tools, including Analytics, Keyword Builder, Data Studio, Salesforce, Adobe Suite, YouTube, Facebook Ad Manager.  


  • Usage of Illustrator design software. 


  • Coral Draw for packaging and design. 



Qualifications
  • BBA/MBA (Marketing) 
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing
