We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Project Coordinator or Project Coordination Intern to join our dynamic Marketing team. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and passionate about marketing and project management. Key Responsibilities:
Project Support:
- Assist the marketing team with planning, scheduling, and coordinating marketing projects, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
Communication:
- Act as a liaison between marketing, design, and other depts/teams to ensure clear communication and streamlined workflows.
Scheduling & Documentation:
- Maintain project schedules, JIRA Tasks, meeting agendas, and action items; track and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Marketing requests are processed and assigned to the team promptly as they enter the system i.e Jira and Asana.
- Build and manage work back schedules, ensuring quality control throughout special projects.
Research:
- Support in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and gathering industry insights to inform strategic decisions.
Content Coordination:
- Help organize and manage content calendars, ensuring all deliverables are scheduled and executed according to plan.
- Ensure all project documents are archived and posted to the publishing platform and digital asset management system.
Administrative Support:
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including coordinating meetings, preparing MoMs, assisting in presentations, and maintaining project documentation.
Reviews deliverables for quality, accuracy, and functionality and ensures all project requests have been fulfilled.
Ensure deliverables comply with brand standards, are on schedule, and of superior quality
Qualifications:
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate effectively across different departments.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. JIRA) is mandatory; proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Team Player: Willing to collaborate and work as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach.
- Interest in Marketing: A genuine interest in digital marketing, branding, and content creation is a plus.
