We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Marketing Operations Lead to join our dynamic team. This role will oversee the user acquisition (UA) and monetization functions for our diverse portfolio of 100+ apps and games, ensuring that revenue targets are consistently met or exceeded.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for user acquisition and monetization to meet the company’s revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, UA and monetization teams to set and monitor KPIs for UA and monetization performance.
  • Prioritize efforts across the portfolio based on ROI potential, market trends, and product lifecycle.
  • Streamline UA Strategy in collaboration with UA Lead across paid and organic channels, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Applovin, Unity and app store optimization (ASO).
  • Allocate and oversee UA budgets to maximize cost-effectiveness and scalability.
  • Oversee and align experiments to improve CPI and ARPDAU.
  • Regularly monitor, analyse, and report on campaign metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, Payback Period) to guide decision-making.
  • Oversee strategies for IAP (In-App Purchases), subscriptions, and ad monetization to maximize ARPU and ARPDAU.
  • Partner with Monetization Lead to optimize ad placements, fill rates, and eCPM.
  • Collaborate with product teams to design and optimize in-game/in-app events, promotions, and offers.
  • Analyse user behaviour to identify and address bottlenecks in the monetization funnel.
  • Drive analytics and measurement projects to improve UA and monetization decision-making.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Adjust, Adapty, Firebase)
  • Ensure timely delivery of analytics projects, collaborating with data teams and external vendors when necessary.
  • Work closely with product managers, data analysts, creative teams, and engineers to ensure UA and monetization strategies are aligned with product goals.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing UA and monetization team.
  • Present performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
