Marketing Executive - Night Shift Onsite

Company Overview:

Hiring one of our therapist-owned agency specializing in staffing
rehabilitation clinicians, including physical therapists, occupational
therapists, speech-language pathologists, and allied health
professionals.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to aggressively market our agency, drive brand awareness, and actively reach out to potential clients and partners. This is a full-time, on-site role in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on marketing experience, a strong ability to generate leads, and excellent communication skills to engage with clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute aggressive marketing strategies to expand the agencys reach and grow its client base. Proactively call and engage potential clients, partners, and healthcare facilities to promote Rehab Accomplished services. Plan and manage promotional campaigns across digital and traditional marketing channels. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive insights. Optimize digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, SEO, and online advertising. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Track and analyze marketing performance, making data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development (preferably in healthcare, rehab, or staffing industries).

• Strong telemarketing and direct outreach skills ability to confidently call potential clients and partners.

• Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and promotional campaigns.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and drive engagement.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.

Bonus Points

• Prior experience in the healthcare, rehabilitation, or staffing industry is a plus.

Hands-on experience with CRM tools, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
