INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Marketing Lead to join our Marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, market research, and lead generation for industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Utilities, and Manufacturing. It is a cross-functional position that leverages the strategic direction, product knowledge, key messages, and design expertise from the Marketing Team to provide extended support to the Sales Organization for sales activities including presentations, interactions, events, conferences, research, and other touchpoints. INTECH’s commitment to innovative marketing solutions ensures you will support strategic marketing initiatives and enhance brand presence in key markets.

What You’ll Lead and Deliver 


Lead the sales collateral design and support to all regional sales teams, this includes:


  • Generating content for and designing sales presentations
  • Developing comprehensive project narratives and documenting successful project completions
  • Creating and designing territory-specific profiles for the company, business units, and customer segments
  • Assist sales operations with decision-support insights using reports, dashboards, and analytics
  • Support strategic planning teams with competitor research and market studies for different sales territories
  • Oversee the management of sales giveaways including selection and ordering
  • Support regional teams and Marketing in the planning for and execution of regional events including customer networking events, technical presentations, and participation at conferences and events
  • Oversee project sales data integrity and accuracy in the CRM system with respect to reporting metrics
  • Assist Solutions Center teams with pre/qualification data and project references

Requirements

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have: 


  • BBA/equivalent or MBA from a reputable university
  • 3-5 years’ experience (BBA) or 1-3 years’ experience (MBA) in Sales or Sales & Marketing
  • Excellent command over English, written and spoken
  • Exceptional expertise in presentation design and delivery
  • Excellent command over MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Content generation expertise for sales and technical sales subjects
  • Good command over Canva and similar applications for design – preferably Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Ability to work with ChatGPT and similar generative AI applications to speed up and improve work and productivity while ensuring the integrity and presentability of generated content
  • Ability to independently engage and follow up with internal stakeholders
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new applications, environments, and work practices
