We are seeking a Dynamic and Creative Content Creator & Strategist to join our team. You will be the driving force behind the conception, creation, and production of both video and static content for our LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube channels. Leveraging your knowledge of social trends and best practices, you will deliver fresh, innovative ideas for our social accounts. Collaborating closely with our brand and marketing team leads, you will develop and implement engaging content for marketing campaigns, and new initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in driving growth, engagement, and reach across all content platforms through data-driven optimizations and strategic insights.

Audience Engagement: Monitor feedback and engagement metrics to iterate and improve content strategies continuously.
Process Management: Oversee the entire content creation process, ensuring consistency and high standards.
Optimization: Strategically optimize content to drive results and engagement across all platforms.
Requirements:
Social Presence: Must have a significant social presence or be a micro-influencer.
Creativity: Ability to pitch original concepts and contribute ideas for both video and static social media content.
On-Camera Presence: Comfortable working on-camera, becoming a regular face and voice in our content.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of producing, and publishing social-first content, preferably within the tech and B2B industry.
Optimization Skills: Ability to optimize content strategically to drive results and engagement.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of social media platforms, with the ability to identify and respond to trends promptly.
Technical Skills: Ability to produce, shoot, and edit short-form videos independently, and create visually appealing static content.
Writing Skills: Excellent writing skills to craft compelling copy for video graphics, captions, and comment responses.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Visual Identity: Keen eye for visual identity and brand aesthetic.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Track Record: Proven success in developing and executing digital content and marketing campaigns.
