Handle correspondence from call centers, website emails, forms, and WhatsApp, and forward to the relevant departments for action.
Ensure timely follow-up on unresolved issues, and maintain coordination with call center staff for efficient operations.
Review and classify around 400 website emails, and compile reports from direct emails and CRM tools. Consolidate call center and CP data for unified reporting.
Conduct training sessions with the Brand Team for Sybrid/Field service staff on product launches, events, and updates.
Oversee in-house surveys (e.g., product use, fragrance testing) and coordinate product testing at the factory. Ensure smooth execution by working with external agencies.
Review external reports for accuracy and support the Research Manager in generating department-specific reports.
