A leading public sector entity is seeking a strategic visionary of Pakistani origin to assume the role of Managing Director/CEO. We welcome candidates with a background in the Oil and Gas E&P sector as well as those with diverse industry expertise.


Desired Candidate Profile:


Educational Credentials


  • Graduate degree from a recognized university, preferably in Engineering, Sciences, Business Management, Finance, Social Sciences or equivalent. A postgraduate qualification will be viewed favorably.

Professional Experience


  • A progressive 20+ years of experience in large-scale organizations. Within this tenure, a substantive 5-year period should be centered around senior management level positions, including CEO level, preferably in organizations with a turnover of US$100 million or above, in the public sector.
  • In-depth insight into the operational, regulatory, commercial and governance facets of the E&P sector.

Age Criteria


  • Not exceeding 55 years as of the application closing date.
