We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager, Triage Investigations

Principal responsibilities

• Working with a team who will undertake preliminary review of referred cases to expected standards through to case completion or escalation to other FC Investigations teams for further investigation.
• Assessment of referrals received via Financial Crime Unusual Activity Report (FC-UAR), email, or external source
• Identifying and prioritizing referrals received where special action is required or Where urgent action is required
• Staff-related referrals (internal investigations)
• HSBC Confidential referrals
• Assessing / validating that the referral meets acceptance criteria
• Undertaking HSBC exposure check, risk exposure, external research, and assessing case rating
• Passing case onto other Investigations teams or other ( Financial Crime )FC Teams (by agreed method)completing the case and closing the case as appropriate.
