Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
• Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team.
• Promote employer branding and build strong industry networks.
• Analyze talent market trends and track recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate with department heads to address hiring needs.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, employer branding, and market insights.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
