Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced knowledge of solar energy systems and design principles.
5 to 8 years of experience in solar system design and proposal development, with at least 3 years in the renewable energy industry.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage detailed proposals and designs for solar projects(Strong Command in all relevant Software).
Coordinate with sales and project teams to understand client requirements.
Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with standards.
Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments.
Manage the design process from concept to final submission.
Support business development by providing technical expertise.
