Description :Location: IslamabadApply by: 10th Jan, 2024Role The Manager Performance Marketing will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of Marketing products & services and Enterprise Solutions, from ideation to launch and continuous optimization. This role combines expertise in market research, product development, go-to-market strategies, and financial performance to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, technology, finance, and external partners, to ensure successful product launches, profitability, and sustained competitive advantage. Additionally, they will lead multi-channel marketing campaigns solutions leverage Telco, SMS, and digital channels to drive performance marketing initiative and work closely with technology partner to develop offerings around enterprise SaaS solution.Key Responsibilities: Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify unmet customer needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends. Analyze market data, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform product strategy. Product Ideation & Development: Generate innovative product concepts and develop detailed product roadmaps, including features, functionalities, and target audiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications. Product Launch & Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including pricing, positioning, messaging, and channel strategies. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling marketing campaigns and sales enablement materials. Product Management & Optimization: Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement. Continuously optimize product features and functionalities based on market feedback and business objectives. Project Management: Manage the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any roadblocks. P&L Responsibility: Drive the financial success of marketing products by analyzing their performance (revenue, costs, profitability), optimizing profitability through strategic initiatives, and collaborating with finance to track key metrics and prepare P&L reports. Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of competitive activities and analyze competitor products and services to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation. Partnership Ecosystem: Forge and manage partnerships by actively seeking and cultivating new relationships while effectively managing existing partner relationships within a dynamic ecosystem to drive mutual growth and achieve business objectives. Drive Growth Through Multi-Channel Marketing: Lead the development and execution of high-performing marketing campaigns across SMS, Telco, and digital channels, leveraging SEO optimization for enterprise SaaS products to drive customer acquisition and retention. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in launching and marketing products or services. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw insights. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus. Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices. Experience in product and platform development, Performance Marketing/Ad-Tech/ ICT/Web Platforms/ Mobile Applications space. Understanding of B2B Eco-system and market trends especially in enterprise, digital & marketing solutions.
