Position Overview:


The Manager – Performance Analytics and Operations Support is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the analytical and operational support functions within the organization. This role involves leading a team to drive performance insights, optimize operational processes, and ensure the effective implementation of data-driven strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Performance Analytics:
  • Develop and execute strategies for performance analytics, including the design and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports and dashboards to senior management, providing actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
Operational Support:
  • Oversee the operational support functions to ensure efficient and effective business processes.
  • Coordinate with various departments to provide analytical support and drive improvements in operational efficiency.
  • Implement and manage systems and tools to support operational activities and enhance data accessibility.
Process Optimization:
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, reduce redundancies, and optimize resource allocation.
Data Management:
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of data used for performance analysis and operational support.
  • Oversee data collection, management, and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with data governance and quality standards.
Project Management:
  • Manage projects related to performance analytics and operational support, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Strategic Insights:
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on performance data and operational analysis.
  • Support decision-making processes by delivering data-driven insights that align with business objectives.
Communication and Collaboration:
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on performance metrics, operational issues, and improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for performance and operational goals.

Requirements


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Operations Management, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in performance analytics, operations support, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, performance metrics, and operational processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, power point, Canva) and project management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:


  • Experience with specific analytics tools or platforms relevant to the industry.
  • Familiarity with specific industry standards or practices.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.

Working Conditions:


  • Standard office environment with occasional travel as needed for project coordination or site visits.
  • Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate project deadlines or operational issues.
