As the People and Culture Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our company's future by overseeing all aspects of human resources and fostering a vibrant, inclusive culture. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all people operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR policy development


  • Drive talent acquisition efforts, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding new team members


  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, productivity, and retention


  • Develop and execute talent development programs to upskill our workforce and support career growth


  • Manage employee benefits and perks, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and valuable to our team


  • Foster a positive company culture that embodies Truck It In's values and mission


  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters and organizational development


  • Implement HR technologies and analytics to improve efficiency and decision-making


  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field


  • 2+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment


  • Strong knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and HR best practices


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; Zoho is a plus. 


  • Ability to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment
