As the People and Culture Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our company's future by overseeing all aspects of human resources and fostering a vibrant, inclusive culture. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that align with our business goals and values, ensuring that Truck It In remains an employer of choice in the competitive startup landscape.
Lead all people operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR policy development
Drive talent acquisition efforts, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding new team members
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, productivity, and retention
Develop and execute talent development programs to upskill our workforce and support career growth
Manage employee benefits and perks, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and valuable to our team
Foster a positive company culture that embodies Truck It In's values and mission
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters and organizational development
Implement HR technologies and analytics to improve efficiency and decision-making
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; Zoho is a plus.
