Oversee rider management and ensure effective support and experience for riders.
Ensure backlog clearance and compliance with operational processes.
Manage and lead a team across multiple locations within the city.
Create daily and weekly reports on rider performance and last mile KPIs.
Oversee the departure and performance of delivery riders, including daily wagers.
Onboard, retain, and terminate riders as per assigned quotas.
Ensure the operations team follows transit SOPs through system and process.
Manage performance and ensure compliance of the debriefing team.
Bachelors in BBA, MBA preferred or any other relevant degree
2 to 4 years of proven experience in operations management or a similar role
Experience in Last Mile Operations is a plus
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
