With an aim to become number one construction chemical company in Pakistan, Sika Pakistan opened its head office in Lahore with regional offices in Karachi, Islamabad and Faisalabad. Simultaneously, Sika Pakistan also launched its manufacturing facility in Lahore during the first year of the start of operations in Pakistan to facilitate its customer needs. 



Job Description

Experience:


  • 7-10 years of experience in industrial sales within the chemical or cement industry.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies and account plans, including detailed plans for key accounts.
  • Prepare nationwide sales forecasts and plans, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Create and manage budgets, monitoring and reporting on sales performance metrics.
  • Gather marketing intelligence, identify target markets, and gather information on related industries.
  • Plan and execute business development initiatives, collaborating closely with internal teams such as specifications, sales, and product development.
  • Oversee campaign management in coordination with the marketing team.

Knowledge and Skills:


  • In-depth understanding of the construction chemicals industry and their applications.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific requirements for construction chemicals.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Creative and innovative approach to marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Chemical, or Polymer Engineering, with an MBA preferred.
