About the job Manager Executive Search/Recruitment

Summary: 


As Manager Executive Search, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and placing specialized professionals in key roles within client organizations. The role will involve building strong relationships with clients, understanding organizational needs, and ensuring the recruitment of candidates who align with the company's strategic goals and culture.


Responsibilities:
  1. Client Engagement:
    • Build and maintain relationships with client organizations.
    • Understand clients business strategies, culture, and executive hiring needs.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on market trends and talent strategies.
  2. Search Process:
    • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential candidates in targeted industries and functions.
    • Develop and execute customized search strategies to identify high-potential executives.
    • Use databases, networks, and referrals to source candidates.
  3. Candidate Assessment:
    • Evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, leadership skills, and cultural fit through interviews and assessments.
    • Prepare detailed candidate profiles and present recommendations to clients.
    • Guide clients in the decision-making process for selecting the most suitable candidates.
  4. Market Intelligence:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor insights, and talent market dynamics.
    • Provide clients with data-driven insights to influence hiring decisions.
  5. Relationship Management:
    • Build a strong talent pipeline by networking with industry professionals.
    • Maintain relationships with candidates to support future opportunities.
  6. Negotiation and Onboarding:
    • Facilitate negotiations between candidates and clients on salary, benefits, and employment terms.
    • Support clients and candidates during the onboarding and transition phases to ensure a smooth integration.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition. Prior experience in executive search firms will be highly preferable. 
  • Key Skills:

    • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
