What is Manager CRM Monitoring & Operations?


A Manager CRM Monitoring & Operations is a mid to senior-level role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the customer relationship management (CRM) processes within an organization. Reporting directly to the Head of CRM, this position plays a critical role in managing credit-related operations and ensuring that receivables are efficiently handled to enhance cash flow and minimize bad debts.


What does Manager CRM Monitoring & Operations do?


  • Implement and oversee credit monitoring, dunning processes, and receivables management to optimize cash inflows and minimize bad debts.
  • Track daily cash trends and ensure timely credit intimations for unpaid and credit-exceeded customers, adhering to dunning policies.
  • Mitigate financial risks and revenue leakage with strong internal controls, data-driven analysis, and operational audits for the B2C segment.
  • Ensure accurate financial postings, identify credit policy violations, and propose recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and enhance credit monitoring policies, procedures, and strategies, with a focus on automation and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align credit monitoring objectives.
