Maintenance Executive

Job Summary:

A Maintenance Executive  will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of machinery, equipment, and facilities within an organization. The role involves planning, supervising, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. The position requires technical expertise, a proactive approach, and strong organizational skills to ensure a safe and productive working environment.

Job Responsibilities: 

1. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.
2. Plan and execute corrective maintenance to address equipment failures promptly.
3. Inspect machinery and systems regularly to identify potential issues.
4. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for specialized maintenance tasks.
5. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
6. Supervise maintenance staff and ensure work is performed efficiently.
7. Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel.
8. Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs.
9. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
10. Prepare reports on maintenance performance, downtime, and cost analysis.
11. Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability of critical components.
12. Evaluate and recommend procurement of new equipment or tools.
13. Implement safety protocols to protect workers and equipment.
14. Conduct safety drills and training sessions for the maintenance team.
