We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of CONSULTANT SPECIALIST

In this role, you will:

• Act as SME and collaborate closely with global and regional stake holders from across different functions, with regards to log monitoring strategy, operating model, implementation, and service delivery.
• Take ownership in overseeing new migrations, new task absorption, process improvement on consistent & continual basis.
• Engage with wider audit stakeholders like Internal, external, regulatory audits etc and ensure smooth handling of audit engagements, provide evidencing for audits on continual basis, ensure nil findings /non-conformities.
• Identify key initiatives and implement process improvements and work with project team detailing business requirement and drive quality end-to-end automation delivery in an agile manner, improving adherence to control requirements.
• Perform process gap analysis, capture findings as MSII and drive closure.
• Conduct regular training sessions for the team to enhance their skills and ensure quality service delivery.
• Work with key stake holders, effectively resolve any queries/escalations thereby improving customer satisfaction levels.
• Own and managing reporting for IAM Log Monitoring processes inline with the control expectations.
