PakWheels.com is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning and Development Executive to join our Human Resources team. The L&D Executive will play a key role in supporting the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs across the organization, with a specific focus on managing courses and certifications for all departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, a passion for employee development, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to enhance employee skills and performance.


Job Description:


  • Identify training needs by evaluating current job roles and future growth requirements.
  • Collaborate with department heads and team leads to align development programs with identified training gaps.
  • Develop structured learning paths for employees at various roles and levels.
  • Design, deliver, and manage internal courses tailored to specific departmental needs.
  • Create and manage eLearning courses using Google Classroom, ensuring engaging and interactive content.
  • Research and recommend external courses, certifications, and workshops that align with organizational goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end course development process, including content creation, delivery methods, and post-training evaluations.
  • Track the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, performance metrics, and assessment results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in learning and development to incorporate innovative solutions into training programs.
  • Provide administrative support for engagement initiatives and analyze feedback to generate report analytics.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or a related field ideally in a fast paced, online marketplace environment.
  • Strong understanding of e-learning content creation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality in all aspects of work.
  • Experience with e-learning tools and platforms.
