Qualcomm OneIT is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in Sales Processes and Sales Cloud, including CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote). This role involves designing, implementing, and managing scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions, focusing on Sales Cloud and CPQ.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable and secure solutions.
• Analyze company processes and develop CRM workflows and custom solutions for specific business needs.
• Develop and enforce Salesforce best practices and governance policies.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and custom solutions.
•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
Min. Qualifications
Candidate should have:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 9+ years of experience with minimum 6 years in Salesforce platform.
• Extensive experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and LWC.
• In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud and CPQ.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Experience with Salesforce integration using APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills• Salesforce Developer I/II, Salesforce Application Architect, Experience Cloud Consultant, and Admin Certification.
• Exposure to SAFe Agile process
• Development experience with AngularJS, jQuery
• Experience with Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration tools like Copado.
• Global experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service and Support model.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration tools and ETL tools.
• Ability to prioritize work and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer support skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
