Our Client is an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Consulting firm with the aim to provide specialized engineering consulting and design services to Oil and Gas industries in Pakistan as well as internationally.
Job Summary:
Senior Process Engineer shall be required to work as engineering resource and shall handle and complete ERFS independently from KOM to AFC issuance without any support from other process engineering resource.
Participation in KOM and ECD preparation
Man hour estimation, Monitoring and Control
Overall Process Engineering and Drafting Resource allocation and management.
Support, train and mentorship of junior process engineers and draftsman
Process related studies
Process simulation for new projects, facility upgrades and modifications, using HYSIS software.
Process calculations, including development of standard calculation procedures.
Development/preparation of PFDs and P&IDs
Development/preparation of process description and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Development of Cause & Effect (C&E) sheets.
Field Visit
Complete ERF handling from Kick Off to AFC issuance.
Development of equipment specifications and data sheets
Participation in HAZOP, SIL and other process safety studies
Trouble shooting of existing process units
Gap analysis of COMPANY ETPs with existing plant, processes, and procedures
Development of Site Technical Practices (STPs) from COMPANY Engineering and technical practices (ETPs)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering
Relevant training courses in process and other cross disciplines such as Control instrumentation and piping.
Experience:
10 years plus diversified experience in oil and gas facilities (part of experience may be from petroleum refining, petrochemicals and fertilizer industry) including designing, material/equipment selection, hazard and risk analysis, existing system modifications and troubleshooting of plants such as two and three phase (Oil, Water and Gas) separation, gas compression, dehydration, sweetening, crude oil and produced water treatment and disposal, and firefighting system etc. Process safety and Integrity management.
Knowledge of international codes and standards applicable to on shore upstream oil and gas facilities.
Computer literate with good communication skills.
