YOUR TASKS


  • Responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
  • Ensure seamless shipment/material handling (loading/unloading/processing) in warehouse.
  • Lead warehouse operations in accordance with the operational plans of the facility.
  • Conduct regular performance dialogue sessions, morning briefings and performance evaluation meetings.
  • Attend to service centre needs efficiently at all times.

YOUR PROFILE


  • Typically requires a Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) with at least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal, team management and follow-up skills.
  • Able to meet deadlines and targets in a challenging environment.
  • Able to work under pressure and flexible working hours.
