AutoLeap is building a world-class team, and we are looking for a driven Lead / Manager, Financial and SaaS Reporting to help take our reporting function to the next level. This role is a unique opportunity to produce customized reports, analyze business performance, lead and manage special projects related to reporting, and create lasting impact by supporting our high-performance teams. You will play a key role in understanding our internal and external stakeholders, and executing the fulfillment of their reporting needs. This is a cross-functional role with exposure to all departments within the business.

As Lead / Manager, Financial & SaaS Reporting, you will: 


  • Own end-to-end financial and SaaS reporting for internal stakeholders, leadership, the Board, and investors
  • Develop and recommend a medium- to long-term strategy for a scalable, intuitive, and user-friendly reporting engine tailored to business needs
  • Build, deploy, configure, and manage the reporting engine
  • Create reports and presentation decks for leadership, Board meetings, and investor updates
  • Customize reports and conduct analyses to support departmental leaders

To be successful in this role, you will need:           


  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a B2B SaaS business (not required)
  • Deep hands-on experience with reporting and BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI
  • Expert proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and presentation software (PowerPoint, Google Slides)
  • Extensive experience creating customized reports in Google Sheets with large datasets from multiple sources
  • Strong academic background from a top undergraduate program
  • Passion for analysis, reporting, and attention to detail
  • Proactive, with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude and readiness for new challenges
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
