Job Description

On this journey, you will report to Director Marketing.
Responsibility
Top line and Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the annual incentive budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI tracking
- Continuously develop and optimize channel mix according to the objectives of the company
- Accountability for delivering top line OKRs in line with budget/targets
Growth Planning:
- Taking full ownership of customer base and its retention on platform
- Define and articulate a clear growth strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on both short-term and long-term objectives
- Identify key growth opportunities in target markets and segments, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy
- Forecasting monthly, quarterly and annual Orders & GMV and taking all stakeholders onboard
360 Marketing:
- Leveraging marketing campaigns and GTMs that effectively communicate best offerings and value propositions.
- Lead marketing efforts along with region on performance marketing, social media marketing, demand growth, CRM and partnerships.
- Develop and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Lead pricing for the country and work with region to meet pricing targets and optimizing pricing as per local needs.
People Leadership and cross-functional alignment:
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability
- Provide guidance and direction in setting objectives and achieving marketing goals
- Work closely with the regional marketing team to develop and execute country strategy
- Work closely with the commercial teams across food and grocery businesses to meet business objectives
Qualifications
- 5-7 years’ experience in similar role, with expertise in CRM, growth, customer retention/acquisition, customer lifecycle management
- Prior experience in ecommerce.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate with regional, global, local stakeholders across departments
