About the job Key Accounts Executive

The Key Accounts Executive is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with the companys most important clients (key accounts). This role focuses on understanding client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. The Key Accounts Executive acts as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue from key accounts.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Track and report on key account metrics, such as revenue growth, retention rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop account plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on client needs and deliver customized solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Address and resolve any issues or disputes that arise with key accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver value to key clients.

Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
