As a Key Account Manager at PakWheels, you will be responsible for managing and growing vendor relationships, ensuring optimal pricing, stock availability, and promotional strategies. This role requires strong coordination with vendors, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders to drive GMV growth and enhance the overall e-commerce experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify, onboard, and manage key vendors to expand the platform’s offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Provide guidance on platform policies, pricing strategies, and operational processes.
  • Ensure competitive pricing by analyzing market trends and vendor pricing strategies.
  • Work with vendors to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts.
  • Implement strategies to improve stock availability and minimize deadstock.
  • Plan and execute promotions in collaboration with vendors and marketing teams.
  • Drive assortment growth by introducing new product categories and SKUs.
  • Work on seasonal and event-based promotional campaigns to boost sales.
  • Own and drive Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) targets for assigned vendor accounts.
  • Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Optimize vendor contribution to overall revenue through strategic planning.
  • Ensure smooth reconciliation of vendor payments and resolve disputes.
  • Work with finance teams to maintain accurate payment records.
  • Address any vendor concerns related to financial transactions and payoutsCoordinate with the marketing team to align vendor promotions with company campaigns.
  • Ensure vendors participate in key promotional events and sales drives.
  • Optimize product visibility through strategic placement and marketing collaboration.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in key account management, vendor management, or e-commerce operations.
  • Experience in working with marketplaces, vendor negotiations, and sales growth strategies.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Google sheets, data analytics, and e-commerce tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and operations teams.
  • Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach.
