Job Description: Junior Salesforce Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Junior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Development & Customization: Create and customize Salesforce applications, modules, and components.
• Apex & Visualforce: Utilize Apex programming and Visualforce pages for building complex business logic.
• Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit testing of solutions and efficiently deploy to production environments.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders for development.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Certifications: Salesforce Developer Certification (Salesforce Platform Developer I), Salesforce Administrator.
• Technical Skills:
  • Good understanding of Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components is a plus.
  • Exposure to Salesforce development tools and technologies (e.g., Salesforce CLI, Workbench).
  • Understanding of software development principles and version control (e.g., Git).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with declarative Salesforce features such as:

• Salesforce Flow
• Process Builder
• Validation Rules
• Custom Objects and Fields
