Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and driven individuals to join our sales team as Junior Sales Representatives. The ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong customer relationships, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. This is an entry-level position, perfect for those looking to start their career in sales.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
  • Engage with potential clients to explain products/services and answer any queries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with senior sales representatives to achieve company sales targets.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads to close sales.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and maintain accurate client records.
  • Stay updated on company products/services and any updates in sales strategies.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
Key Skills Required:
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain positive relationships.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, with the willingness to learn more advanced techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and effectively present information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving goals.
