Company Overview


Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint an experienced and seasoned professional for the following role:


Key Responsibilities


  • Complete Cluster Mapping & Geographical division of area as per the HS coverage need and Plan
  • Close Coordination with HS Distributors to Develop their market insight and clusterization and target split as per the potential of the market and ensure its execution along with the Distributor team
  • Ensure the Implementation/execution of all Promotional Activities in their territory to utilize the scope of the Schemes/Plans effectively. Submission of MIR about the competition and its activities
  • Monitor daily Routine matters of Secondary Sales, Market coverage & Productivity in his assigned territories for achievement of Secondary Sales Targets assign by company
  • Regular Visits of HS Market to make sure the coverage of all HS Channels for the better flow of services and to identify the need and re-align the distributor for all coverage & productivity plan of HS Shops desired and as per given KPIs
  • Implementation and division of Sales Schemes as per the given plan in all HS Channels and ensure its execution for all correspondence required by the company. (Shops Boards/ Schemes/ OC Program etc.)
  • To ensure the availability of all Product SKUs and their ample quantity at the Sub-Distributor's warehouse through Distributor and also ensure the smooth Secondary supplies to Sub-Distributor without delays and pre-working and forecasting for the same
  • Ensure the Secondary Sales of the HS Distributor as per the company available plans and to ensure the different Marketing Activities in HS Market to keep the Customers/ Mechanics in touch with the company's offerings and Plans
  • Undertake any other task or function as may be desired by the management

Education


  • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably, Masters from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, in any/or combination of the disciplines.

Experience


  • Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 1-2 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position.

Age


  • The candidate should preferably be not more than 33 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
