Company Overview
Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint an experienced and seasoned professional for the following role:
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets of POL products, lubes sales targets, Agri Business, CNG and NFR targets to achieve divisional sales objectives for assigned area** resulting in profitability of the Division / Company
Preparation of Daily Sales Control Sheets for all retail outlets and submission of Tour Itinerary Report prior to visit of assigned territory to closely monitor performance of outlets in his / her territory
Daily visit retail outlets of assigned territory on a regular basis, conduct HSE awareness talk, conduct product knowledge training for all pump attendants, collect information about the business activities from the dealer and monitor / obtain nozzle sales figures for each product/ item and fill Forecourt Inspection Report. to closely monitor performance of outlets in his / her territory
Visit the market & distribution set ups to monitor the performance of TSO/Distributor/DSF and provide necessary guidance to ensure compliance to the set standards of the company
Ensure converge through DSF/Distributor of shops / outlets from the identified related universe together with the others KPIs and also review alignment of distributor route plan after every quarter with sustainable ROI. Ensure adequate shop coverage, manage van operations and visit hi street shops as per KPIs
Facilitate in proper housekeeping & resolution of M & R issues of retail outlets with the help of Divisional Engineers and available maintenance contractors with assurance of non-violation of company standards to improve customer service at outlet
Timely address all TAALUQ Customer Care Line complaints related to retail outlets of assigned territory to improve customer service at outlet
Verify and ensure that all POL Products are displayed / sold on OGRA announced rates from dispensing units with 100% correct Quality and Quantity with no adulteration to meet company's Quality & Quantity standards
Conduct stock variation (Loss/Gain) on every outlet of assigned territory at least once every month to ensure company's stock availability on all outlets
Ensure recovery of distribution margins from the outlets in the assigned territory which are not meeting the agreed upon sales objective to safeguard company's ROI
Encourage all dealers to achieve monthly targets, motivate to uplift product to revive Zero Sales / Non-Performing sites. Ensure outstanding recoveries from credit defaulters and rationalize credit limits periodically. Move SLS-37 for closed/ demolished/ RRP sites
Promptly resolve all legitimate queries and issues of the dealers in the assigned territory to facilitate dealers
Ensure that CODs are done in timely manner. Leases are registered and rentals are processed without any delay
Ensure that all dealers place their orders through Sahulat App. Furthermore, the TM will review credit utilization of the outlets and ensure that there is adequate credit utilization, No zero sales outlets and Nil default
To ensure that there are no quality and quantity failures in the area to ensure highest level of customer services
To conduct online inspections as per KPIs to monitor outlet sales and housekeeping in real time basis
To conduct Customer service days and WOW trainings for the outlet staff to educate the staff in order to maintain highest level of safety standards
Any other assignment as deemed appropriate by supervisor
Education
Minimum 16 years of education, preferably, Masters from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, in any/or combination of the disciplines.
Experience
Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 1-2 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position.
