· Manage HR operations, ensure accurate and timely data management within the HR systems, facilitating efficient HR operations and reporting, including onboarding, employee documentation, payroll coordination, and employee exits, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
· Ensure consistent implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures across the region.
· Manage administration of employee benefits, compensation structures, and payroll processing, development and implementation of talent management and succession planning initiatives.
· Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
· Coordinate onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
· Act as the primary HR contact for resolving employee concerns, handling grievances, and conducting disciplinary actions, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
· Maintain updated organizational charts, job descriptions, and KPIs for all departments.
