The role

We are looking for a Junior Electrical Engineer to join our team for a hydropower project based in KPK. This role focuses on design, planning, estimation, and project scheduling using relevant electrical engineering tools and software. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and managing electrical aspects of the project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Support design and planning for electrical engineering tasks in the hydropower project.
• Assist in estimating project costs and managing budget requirements
• Maintain high-quality standards in all project deliverables.
• Assisting with project plans and budgets.
• Provide technical support and work collaboratively with the project team.
• Ensure all work meets safety regulations and project specifications.

With a track record of achievement in a related role, you will have gained your experience in a consultancy environment and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.

Suitable applicants will have/be:

• Tertiary qualifications or a related discipline (e.g. B.Sc in Electrical Engineering)
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering, preferably in construction supervision within the hydropower sector.  
• Good understanding of electrical systems installation during construction in hydropower or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
