They provide CTI integration with Oracle Siebel or Oracle Service Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, and SAP Interaction Center, adding multimedia collaboration channels and media routing such as Chat over any chat channel (SMS, Whatsapp, Viber, Facebook Messenger)l, as well as multimedia outbound campaigns.
Also, provide call center supervisors with tools to plan, track and score customer interactions, finesse gadgets, reporting solutions, and wallboards.

Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Engineer specializing in Large Language Models and agent frameworks to develop and implement autonomous AI systems and LLM-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated AI agent systems utilizing various frameworks (AutoGen, MemGPT, CrewAI), including implementation of multi-agent architectures, agent memory systems, and tool integration frameworks.
Lead the implementation and optimization of LLM-based solutions, including prompt engineering strategies, context window optimization, and performance tuning for both cloud-based and local LLM deployments.
Develop and maintain robust agent communication patterns and orchestration systems, including tool integration, function calling capabilities, and efficient data processing pipelines for agent interactions.
Create and implement comprehensive evaluation frameworks for both LLM performance and agent behaviors, including automated testing systems, performance metrics, and quality assurance methodologies.
Build and optimize retrieval systems, including RAG implementations, vector database integrations, and efficient data processing pipelines while ensuring reliable system performance and documentation.
Basic Requirements (Must Have)
Strong programming foundation with 1 to 2 years of python experience, proficiency in writing clean, maintainable code, and experience with version control systems (Git) and containerization (Docker).
Demonstrated experience with AI systems, including basic understanding of LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering principles, and practical experience implementing AI solutions in production environments.
Strong API development and integration skills, including experience with RESTful services, understanding of microservices architecture, and ability to design efficient data processing pipelines.
Proven problem-solving abilities with strong analytical skills, including experience in debugging complex systems, implementing testing strategies, and optimizing system performance.
Excellent documentation and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage time effectively across multiple projects.
Good to Have (Preferred Qualifications)
Hands-on experience with modern agent frameworks including AutoGen, MemGPT, CrewAI, and LangChain, with demonstrated ability to implement multi-agent systems and develop custom agent solutions.
Practical experience with local LLM deployments, including working knowledge of models such as Llama, Mistral, and OpenHermes.
Advanced understanding of LLM operations including model quantization, fine-tuning processes, token optimization, and performance tuning across different model sizes.
Expertise in advanced prompt engineering techniques, RAG implementations, and vector database integrations, with experience in optimizing embeddings and managing context windows.
Experience with agent system architecture including multi-agent orchestration, tool integration patterns, function calling, memory systems, and communication protocols.
