We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services using Spring Boot.
• Implement RESTful APIs and gRPC services for seamless communication between microservices.
• Utilize Spring Data JPA and PostgreSQL for efficient data management and persistence.
• Ensure application security by implementing Spring Security best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement 12-Factor App principles to enhance application maintainability and deployability.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain competitive
