Job Description:
Main Goals:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
Build RESTful APIs and microservices with Spring Boot.
Work with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Collaborate on integrating AI solutions where applicable, contributing to the development of intelligent features and enhancements.
Stay informed about AI advancements and propose ways to incorporate AI technologies into the backend infrastructure.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and enhancements.
Write clean, maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
Conduct code reviews, debug issues, and optimize performance.
Stay current with emerging technologies.
Utilize unit testing frameworks (e.g., Mockito).
Apply security best practices and secure coding principles.
Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Good to Have:
Experience with AWS.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., ReactJs, NextJs).
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Tomcat, Nginx, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
Experience:
Cloud Services:
· Work with AWS cloud services to deploy and manage backend services, ensuring the infrastructure is secure, scalable, and cost-effective.
· Assist in the optimization of cloud resources for multi-tenant environments.
DevOps & CI/CD:
· Work on continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Git for version control.
· Assist in automating deployment processes and maintaining deployment scripts within the Git ecosystem.
Documentation:
· Maintain clear and detailed documentation of backend services, APIs, and database schemas, with a focus on multi-tenant architecture.
· Write technical documentation for new features and updates to existing systems.
Research & Continuous Improvement:
· Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Java Spring Boot, AI, and backend development.
· Experiment with new technologies and frameworks that could improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the development process.
· Propose and implement improvements to existing systems and processes.
Collaboration:
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs in a multi-tenant context.
· Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
· Assist in mentoring junior developers and conducting knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.
