We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Senior Software Engineer


In this role, you will:


  • Specifically the successful candidate will:
  • Act as the TTS Point of contact between delivery teams and Fusion Service Desk for transitions and high light any risk associated with the releases/Change Request and work collaboratively with TTS Lead and relevant Leads.
  • Agree the Operational Acceptance Criteria for a delivery and monitor progress and acceptance of the artefacts to the agreed time scales.
  • Review and feed into the Delivery plan ensuring activities involving Fusion IT activities and timescales are agreed with the relevant teams;
  • Create and manage Knowledge Transfer (KT) Plans, arrange sessions for the transfer of knowledge and key artefacts, such as documentation, from the delivery team into FSD;
  • Ensure test scenarios have been reviewed and approved by Fusion IT teams and that test completion reports have been reviewed ensuring any open defects and technical debt have agreed workarounds in place and been accepted by Fusion IT Teams;
  • Review and accept Dress Rehearsal and Cutover Plans, ensuring Fusion IT teams resourcing requirements have been agreed;
  • Ensure key tollgates, such as Go/No Go meetings have been arranged with Fusion IT Teams attendance and have an agreed outcome for moving forward;
  • Monitor progress of the delivery and transition activities and providing reports to the TTS Lead;
  • Escalate issues and/or risks to the TTS Lead in a timely fashion, i.e.., high severity issue must be flagged immediately.
